What we collect
When you sign up we collect your first and last name, email address, mobile number, ZIP code and the area of study you choose. We also record when you ticked each consent box, the page you were on, your IP address and your browser type, so that we can show when and how consent was given.
We do not ask for medical records, insurance details or a diagnosis. Please do not send us information about your health beyond the area of study.
How we use it
We use your details to look for studies that may suit you, to contact you about them by text or email, to answer your questions and to keep a record of your consent. We do not use them for anything else.
Your mobile number
Your mobile information will not be shared with any third party for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How long we keep it
We keep your sign-up while you want to hear from us. If you ask us to close it, we delete your details within thirty days, except for the record of your consent and opt-out, which we keep for as long as the law requires us to be able to show it.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, by emailing or calling us. We will answer within thirty days. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under state law, and we will honour them.
Keeping it safe
Your details travel over an encrypted connection and are held on servers with restricted access. No system is perfectly secure, so we collect only what matching needs.
Children
Our sign-up is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Studies that include children are always arranged through a parent or guardian with the study team.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use information you have already given us, we will tell you first.
